Sosana Chan is the Executive Director of Global Bridge Immigration and a licensed immigration consultant (RCIC) recognized by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). With over 25 years of experience, she has helped thousands of individuals and families successfully immigrate to Canada and the U.S. through a wide range of programs.
Sosana specializes in business immigration, investment immigration, and skilled worker programs, providing strategic guidance tailored to each client’s goals. She is also a licensed immigration consultant for Saskatchewan (SINP) and Prince Edward Island, serving as the President of GBPEI and an authorized PEI Island agent.
Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, Sosana is passionate about helping clients from diverse backgrounds navigate complex immigration processes with confidence.
Hugh M. Yu
Chief Operations Officer | RCIC | Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant
Hugh M. Yu is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) and the Chief Operations Officer at Global Bridge Immigration Advisors PEI (GB PEI). Originally from South Korea, Hugh has been working in the immigration field since 2010, gaining extensive experience in legal assistance and immigration case management.
He holds a Certificate in Immigration: Laws, Policies, and Procedures (CILPP) from the University of British Columbia, which he completed in 2014 and updated in 2019 to stay current with evolving immigration laws and policies.
At GB PEI, Hugh plays a key role in managing entrepreneur and business immigration applications, working closely with both clients and partner organizations. His in-depth knowledge of Canada’s immigration system, particularly in Prince Edward Island (PEI), allows him to provide expert guidance and support throughout the application process.
Tom Szlachta
Business Development Officer | RCIC | Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant
Tom Szlachta is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) and the Business Development Officer at Global Bridge Immigration. With over 17 years of experience in the legal field, Tom has a strong background in litigation, negotiation, labor law, civil litigation, business law, and tax law. His legal expertise allows him to offer strategic insight and practical support to immigration clients—especially those from Latin America and Europe.
Before joining Global Bridge, Tom successfully ran his own law office in Brazil, giving him first-hand understanding of the challenges individuals face during the immigration process. His goal is to guide clients with empathy, precision, and a strong sense of advocacy.
Tom speaks English, Portuguese, and Italian fluently, and is currently learning French and Spanish to better assist our global clients.
Craig Lont
Case Processing Manager | RCIC | Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant
Craig Lont is a licensed Canadian immigration consultant (RCIC) and the Case Processing Manager at Global Bridge Immigration. With several years of experience in the immigration field, Craig is deeply passionate about helping individuals and families navigate the often complex process of immigrating to Canada.
He specializes in a variety of immigration streams, including family sponsorship, federal and provincial skilled worker programs, and business immigration pathways. His thoughtful, client-focused approach ensures every case is handled with care, efficiency, and integrity.
Craig holds a Diploma in Immigration Consultancy from Ashton College and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from McGill University. Since joining Global Bridge in 2018, he has played a key role in supporting clients through successful immigration outcomes across Canada.
